File Management
File Management stores reusable API sources for the active workspace. Upload and analyze a source here, then review it in Inventory before generation.

Supported source types
The Type filter offers OpenAPI / Swagger, WSDL / SOAP, Postman collection, HAR, cURL, HTTP text, GraphQL schema, Protocol Buffers, and AsyncAPI.

Upload and analyze
Select Upload File and choose a supported source. Replace credentials and private example data with safe placeholders before upload.
The library shows each file's type, analysis state, version, and last update. An Analyzed source can be opened in Inventory. A Failed source offers Re-Analyze; its missing endpoints are also reported on the inventory page.
Uploading a new version keeps the file's history. Confirm the file version included in the published inventory before generating tests.
Search and views
Search by file name or ID and narrow the list with the type filter. Switch between List View and Grid View. The summary cards report Total files, Versions, Used in generations, and Storage.
File actions
Preview and Open Inventory are available on the file row. The actions menu offers:
- Upload New Version;
- Version History; and
- Delete.

Select the version badge to open version history. Preview lets you inspect the source before using it; check that its paths and descriptions belong to the API you intend to test.
Reuse in generation
Open API Test Generation, choose Use Inventory, and select a published inventory version and the sources within it. Choose services and endpoints in the discovery step. For a new source or individual requests, use Upload File or Paste cURL instead.
Before deleting a file, check its use in generations and keep any source needed to reproduce an important run. File removal also updates the current inventory and its relationships; historical inventory versions remain snapshots of their original source versions.
