Dashboard Module
The Dashboard provides a high-level overview of Smart PBI activities, generation statistics, and quick navigation to core modules.
1. Overview Metrics
The Dashboard displays aggregated system metrics with corresponding counts and percentage indicators.
Key Metrics
- Total PBIs
Displays the total number of Product Backlog Items generated across all sessions. - Total Sessions
Indicates the total number of PBI generation sessions created in the system. - Completion Rate
Represents the percentage of successfully completed sessions relative to total sessions. - Active Sessions
Shows the number of sessions currently in progress, along with their proportional percentage.
These metrics provide a real-time snapshot of system usage and generation performance.
2. PBI Breakdown
The PBI Breakdown section visualizes the distribution of generated backlog items by type. Each category is represented with a distinct color and includes both count and percentage values.
Distribution by Type
- Epics (Purple Bar)
Displays the total number and percentage of Epic-level items. - Features (Blue Bar)
Shows the total number and percentage of Feature-level items. - User Stories (Green Bar)
Indicates the total number and percentage of User Story items. - Acceptance Criteria (Orange Bar)
Represents the total number and percentage of Acceptance Criteria items.
This breakdown enables quick analysis of backlog structure and item distribution.
3. Recent PBI Sessions
The Recent PBI Sessions section lists the most recently created or updated PBI sessions.
- Displays recent session entries.
- Clicking on a session opens the corresponding PBI session detail view.
- Provides quick access to ongoing or recently completed work.
4. Quick Action Shortcuts
The Dashboard includes direct navigation buttons for frequently used actions:
Generate New PBI
- Opens the Smart PBI Generation page.
- Allows users to initiate a new PBI generation process.
Upload Files
- Redirects to the File Management page.
- Enables users to upload new requirement documents.
Sessions History
- Navigates to the PBI Sessions page.
- Provides access to the complete session history, including status tracking and session management.
Functional Purpose
The Dashboard serves as:
- A performance monitoring interface
- A backlog distribution analysis tool
- A quick navigation hub for Smart PBI operations
- A real-time activity tracking panel
It is designed to provide both operational visibility and streamlined access to core Smart PBI functionalities.
