Accessibility Reports

The Reports section provides comprehensive analytics and historical tracking of your accessibility testing efforts.

Report Types​

Project Reports​

View aggregated accessibility data for an entire project:

  • Overall Score Trend - Score changes over time
  • Issue Distribution - Breakdown by severity
  • Category Performance - Scores by audit category
  • Page-by-Page Analysis - Individual page scores

Audit Reports​

Detailed reports for individual audits:

  • Executive Summary - High-level findings
  • Detailed Findings - All issues with context
  • Element Screenshots - Visual issue identification
  • Remediation Guide - Fix recommendations

Batch Run Reports​

Reports for batch audit sessions:

  • Multi-Page Summary - Scores across all pages
  • Common Issues - Issues appearing on multiple pages
  • Priority Matrix - Issues ranked by frequency and severity

Viewing Reports​

Reports Dashboard​

  1. Navigate to Accessibility > Reports
  2. Filter by project, date range, or score
  3. Click a report to view details

Scheduled Reports​

Setting Up Automated Reports​

  1. Navigate to Settings > Report Scheduling
  2. Click Create Schedule
  3. Configure:
    • Report type
    • Frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
    • Recipients
    • Format

Report Delivery​

Scheduled reports are delivered via:

  • Email - PDF attachment
  • Slack - Summary with link
  • Webhook - JSON payload
