Accessibility Audits
Audits are the core feature of the Accessibility module, providing detailed analysis of your web pages using Google Lighthouse.

Running an Audit
Quick Audit
- Navigate to Accessibility > Projects
- Select your project
- Click New Audit
- Enter the page URL to audit
- Click Run Audit
Audit Configuration
When creating an audit, you can configure:

| Device Type | Desktop or Mobile emulation |
| Throttling | Network speed simulation |
Understanding Audit Results
Overall Score
The audit produces an accessibility score from 0-100:
Score = (Passed Audits / Total Audits) × 100
Audit Categories
Results are grouped into five categories: Navigation, Names & Labels, Contrast, Semantic HTML, and Best Practices. Each category maps to specific WCAG success criteria.

Audit Status Types
| Status | Description | Action |
|---|---|---|
| ✅ Passed | Element meets accessibility standards | No action needed |
| ❌ Failed | Element has accessibility issues | Fix required |
| ⚠️ Manual | Requires human verification | Review needed |
| ➖ Not Applicable | Audit doesn't apply to this page | Informational |
Viewing Audit Details
Element Screenshots
For failed audits, RabbitQA provides:
- Full page screenshot showing element location
- Cropped element view highlighting the specific issue
- CSS selector for identifying the element in code
Issue Information
Each issue includes:
- Title - Brief description of the problem
- Impact - Severity level (Critical/Serious/Moderate)
- WCAG Criteria - Related WCAG success criteria
- How to Fix - Recommended remediation steps
Audit History
Track your audit history to monitor progress:
Trends View
- Score over time - Line chart showing accessibility improvements
- Issue count - Bar chart of issues by severity
- Category breakdown - Progress by audit category
Comparing Audits
- Select two audits from the history
- Click Compare
- View side-by-side differences
- Identify new, fixed, and persistent issues
Batch Audits
Run multiple audits simultaneously:
- Navigate to Accessibility > Batch Runs
- Select the project
- Enter multiple URLs (one per line)
- Click Run Batch
- Monitor progress in real-time
Batch Results
- Individual results for each URL
- Aggregate statistics across all pages
- Export combined report
Exporting Results
